POLICY
1. Appointment Time & Grace Period
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.

If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not communicated with us, your appointment may be

cancelled and considered a no-show.

No-show appointments may result in a fee or future booking restrictions.
2. Travel Appointments
For on-location services:

Once travel to your location has begun, the appointment becomes non-refundable, regardless of changes or cancellations.

Please ensure your address is accurate and you are available at the agreed-upon time.
3. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total balance.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
5. Health & Hygiene
Clients exhibiting symptoms of illness (cold, flu, COVID-19, etc.) are asked to reschedule their appointment.

We prioritize hygiene and use sanitized tools and products for each client.
6. Payments
Final payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, card, Zelle, etc.].
